It's been almost 4 years I am using it. The oats is prepared really quick. It keeps my stomach filled for almost 4 hrs. I am currently doing Btech. It's most affordable ,healthy and quick breakfast option. It's so good quality. Doesn't need to add extra sugar as there is enough in the pack. For extra nutritents , I add dates, sunflower seed,almonds etc. It can be cooked with water. There will be no taste difference. It has protien but plz make sure u don't skip ur lunch and dinner. It's important to stay balanced and keep ur stomach filled for working.

My elderson dont like normal otas at all but he is mad over chocolate so i thought of trying this product,now surprisely he is having otas everyday without fail, i will recommend this product who are stuck like me on their children, its healthy and full of goodness.
