Highly Disappointing
I bought this product for me since I have issues with swelling in my calves and I needed a massage device that fit a larger size. What was buried in the product webpage was that the velcro fits the larger calf but does not open for the foot, like a walking boot. You need to have a smaller foot but a larger calf still fits? That makes no sense and the product design needs an overhaul. The description even says it "Flexible size-fits all feet". Um, sorry but no. My foot would rip the enclosure if I tried to fit my size 13 in this product. I could tell just by looking my foot would not fit. Attempting to slide my foot in the device confirmed my suspicion. It's a real shame too, as I thought the USB charging was a genius idea.Apparently the company offers a 30 day refund. Amazon indicated this product is not eligible for refunds-why not? The description is not accurate and I would debate that point if someone disagreed. I hope the manufacturer stands behind their product. I'll update if and/or when I get a refund.

Wow, what a difference these make!
I'll be honest, I wasn't so sure about using these for my feet vs a shiatsu type of massager, but now I'm glad I chose these. They conform well around my feet and legs, and doesn't grind into the limbs the way a shiatsu kind does. This especially helps with the parts that don't have as much muscle and is mainly bones. The three different "modes" was confusing at first, since there were no instructions included to explain them, but after trying out the three different modes, it makes sense that they would be difficult to explain in writing. They provide different kinds of massage routines, but it's something that you have to try out and then get a feel for which one you want at a given time. I like that the three different modes are different enough to warrant using on different days, depending on the mood. Furthermore, it's such a big plus that these are cordless and you can use them for multiple charges before charging them up again. I was initial worried about committing into two of them, but now I'm glad I jumped right in and bought the pair.I will warn to make sure you don't have any bruises anywhere along the leg, or the air pushing up against the bruise can spark some pain. They'll need to heal first before you can use them.

No heat or massage, just squeezing legs like blood pressure monitor but better than compresion socks
Bought the pair for 83 years young father with swelling legs. He doesn't like compression socks I bought from Amazon. He wears men's shoes size 9 of New Balance brand.I just tried before giving him after charging both sides with my fast charger from my cell phone. The lights went out after fully charged. These are what I found out and for the record, I have normal legs that are NOT swelling with ~14" or 38 cm at the fattest part of my right calf:1) Velcros are strong, which is good or bad, depends on the needs. My father's hands are no longer strong unless I put them on for him and let him sit with them for ~ 15 minutes while watching TV or reading.2) Strong Velcros can be good and adjustable for the comfort, tight or lose.3) Traction of the soles can be slippery on the hardwood floors. I don't want my father to walk around with these.4) "M" mode button only change light horizontal but I don't feel any difference.5) No heat at all, in the manual, 3 bars from the top (similar to triple "S" shapes) is heat but regardless of the lights of the button, I don't feel any heat.6) These do not provide any massage at all. These are squeezing my legs and feet like when I measure blood pressure. I had similar device at hospital to circulate blood in the legs.Verdict: up to my father's decision as I purchase for him. Right now, he wants me to help him put on and off as he can't handle himself. Definitely better than compression socks.I hope my review will be helpful for older people with swelling legs but not strong hands to remove Velcros.

Calf Size is MUCH Smaller Than Described!
I received two boots and put them on. Unfortunately, the top 7" of both boots would not close because they are too small for my 18.5-inch calves. See photo. In the Amazon description, the maximum calf size can be 28 inches. I measured the top of both boots at only 18.5 inches. See photo. The Comfier website has the same inaccurate information and they don't offer an extender or a larger size. I believe the boot will only fit up to a 16-inch calf.It doesn’t fit me as is, but I really like the design of this compression boot. It is rechargeable, comfortable, easy to operate, and doesn't need hoses or cables attached during use. I decided to patch in a 9-inch by 4-inch piece of 2-sided Hook and Loop as an extender to close the boot tops. It allows the boots to be closed and secured. The compression now functions for what I need. Honestly, it was worth the hassle because they feel wonderful! If the boot fit out of the box or was even close to the described size, I would give it 5 stars. I paid $15.99 more than expected for a roll of Hook & Loop to make extenders (Amazon ASIN B07FLYRZL3).

Good massager but needs serious design improvements
Background: I am fairly active and spend a lot of time standing & walking. I also have mild varicose veins in one leg and wanted something that counters fluid stasis and allows faster recovery at the end of a long day without residual fatigue etc. This massager served that purpose well. But I couldn’t try it more than 2-3 times because of a design issue that caused considerable pain at one 6-7” spot near the ankle. It also made the different massage functions ineffective as the pain/discomfort intensified in proportion to “added” components such as heat, vibration as well as intensity. The leg ‘sleeve’ has optimal thickness and the air-bags are powerful enough to deliver very good compression. But the edge with velcro (near the ankle) turns inward (and compressed against the leg). Worse, there it feels like low-voltage electric current rather than compression or vibration. Mind you, I have never used it on a wet or even sweaty leg. Neither have I used it on bare leg. So velcro alone cant be the culprit.I tried to brave through it (Thinking It’ll pass/I’ll get better etc.) just because the strong compression is very therapeutic for me. But the “pins & needles” pain is really very bad.Sending it back
