Can you leave this plugged in like the original charger?

I assume you mean to leave in plugged into the wall and the charger so you are keeping a constant charge on the booster pack. You probably could leave it plugged in all the time but I just plug mine in about once every couple of weeks to refresh the charge. Another option that I have know people to use especially for small batteries like motorcycle and riding lawnmowers over the winter is to plug a charger into the light socket of their garage opener and that way the battery gets a little trickle charge each time the garage door is opened and closed. Lots of places sell adapters that allow you to plug something into the light socket in addition to the light bulb itself.

Have a ES5000 - will this work. Reviews are not detailed. last one bought the pin was too short. Can you verify and confirm the pin is long enough?

Is this the large end or small end?

You may want to contact your booster pac manufacture to buy a replacement charger if you have lost the original charger included with the booster pac. your big end small end question makes no sense.

Will this work with the booster pac es2500 series? i received an l-shaped barrel jack not straight like the picture, and 2.1 mm not 2.5 mm.
