Yes it covers the brake fluid, easy to install, quality of metal is good, and it looks good with my color scheme. What I don't like is it's not a very good fit and I had to bend it a bit to fit just right. Overall good product for the price.

this will not protect anything and doesn't even fit a GS with factory frame guards installed.the metal is easy to bend as butter.

It fits, but it's soft
This device was easy to install, and it looks good, but it bends easily. I don't think it's tough enough to keep the reservoir from breaking off in any kind of impact

Will not fit correctly on specific models
This item will JOT fit your Bike if you have the factory BMW frame protectors installed. The construction is also very weak for a “protection”. I was attempting to make this fit on my 2018 LC 1200gs and found that the material would bend easily. Not worth the hassle.
