アカン安物の包丁を買ってしまい(研いでも刃が付かない)硬度を調べると案の定HRC65以上でしたショボイSKでは刃物にするには無理な硬度です、焼き戻しでHRC60弱迄戻して一件落着 硬度計は高いのでこの商品を買いましたが使い易かったです
