Review: An awesome ramp! - I got this ramp a couple of years ago after my dog needed surgery and it was a lifesaver. She was in a cast up to her hip and had limited mobility so walking up and down our porch steps for her potty runs was not in the cards. Unlike the other reviewer who complained about the surface, the textured surface was perfect to keep her from slipping and provided great traction. We've been on agility obstacles that had less grip! I highly recommend this ramp for it's quality, ease of use, and quality.

**Q: Says 220lbs one place and 198lbs another for weight limit. Do you think it will have any problems with 229lbs plus?**
A: It's pretty heavy duty I think it would be ok

**Q: Can this ramp be used on/over cement porch steps?**
A: I would think yes, so long as its anchored properly. I would not use it for human traffic however.

**Q: would this withstand the elements used (and left) outdoors fully-extended?**
A: Mine has been outside fully extended for several months with no issues.  The main issue I have had is there is no locking mechanism.  I have to go out about once a week to fully extend it again.  I had to put outdoor carpet on it.  My dogs couldn't get enough traction to get up the incline that I have it at.

This is fantastic!! Light weight, functional and foldable. Bought to assist my older lab with getting into our SUV. The treads are a little slick but she got the hang of it pretty quick. I especially like that it telescopes out and slides back into a manageable size that fits with my spare tire. Highly recommend
