Sir Gawain and the Green Knight: The Original and Translated Version

While not an easy read, this translation made it easier than the old English version

It has the original English in the back which is so interesting to compare!!!

The book was in great condition. I enjoyed the book greatly with old english and original language. Delivery time was good.

I was initially apprehensive on this purchase, based on the negative review of the binding quality. However it seems that person was unlucky as my copy is perfectly bound.It is a good, readable translation and I’m enjoying reading it again.The original text is well presented and, although I thought it would be set side by side on each page, the book is split 50/50 with the modern day English being the first half of the book.This is a trivial irritation and in no way spoiled my enjoyment of the book.
