Q: How long is the shoulder chain?

Length did not matter. As it broke within an hr of using it. And by using it I mean I had a few light cosmetics in it and my phone. And the purse sat on my chair at a wedding reception. Hardly touched. Picked it up to go to ladies and chain broke. I threw it away that night at hotel. It's crap.

Q: how long the chain/cord is..?

I don’t remember because I gave it away at Christmas. I believe it was just long enough so you hold it in your hand.

Q: What is the measurements?

I’m away currently and do not know the particulars. However, I would guess that the purse is approximately 10” wife and 7/8” deep. Sorry I can’t be more help. By the way, I like the purse very much.
