Don't let anyone EVER tell you Vitamin C doesn't work, it does and I am living proof! When I was younger, I use to always get sick due to "rhinitis" that was diagnosed a long time ago; this would cause me regular sinus infections that would also lead to upper respiratory infections like Bronchitis and all that mess.I SWEAR ON EVERYTHING I LOVE AND HOLD DEAR ... the week after I started taking these, I felt my immune system be stronger and healthier. I have not had sinus infections or excessive phlegm since. I hardly ever get sick and quickly recover within a day if I do. If you do get sick or are showing signs of getting sick, double your dose and take 2000MG until you are feeling much better, then take 1000MG daily, every day.I only take my vitamin C Mon-Fri to give my body rest from it and I seemed to have found a nice schedule that works for me. I also take Centrum daily supplements with this.

With all the Shelter in Place and caution Amazon was the perfedt solution to getting more when I ran out and I had been taking this brand also, so it was perfect amd came the day after I ordered it on Prime, so it was only a few hours more receiving it than it would have been had I been able to get out to a store.
