can i use this on my hair even if i dont have locs ihave like 3c textured hair?

I don't know the scale that grades density/curl etc., but I have slightly wavy, very thick caucasian hair that's locked and I've used this spray every single day as a refresh and after a wash for softness.

Can you use this on starter locs? if yes, should i spray at the root and the entire loc?

I'll say yes you can. My locs were about 5 months old when I started using the spray. I have extremely thick caucasian hair for reference. After washing, and initial microfober towel drying, I'd spray all over and when dry they were noticeably softer. About 3 days after washing (I wash every 6-7 days) I'd use on my scalp. Anytime I wanted a refresh, or was headed out, I'd lightly spray all over and finger comb because the rose/peppermint smells so ridiculously good! I also pair this spray with 100% aloe Vera gel every other wash, the two compliment each other.
