First set purchased for bathroom - it arrived #1 with broken assembly pieces after their shipping dept apparently zip tied the legs together too tightly and caused two parts to directly hit one another-causing the broken part...and #2 was for washroom - one leg was assembled backwards with no way of resolving so I requested a return. Amazon replied quickly that they were sending 2 new replacement hampers. I Returned the defective ones through the UPS STORE. Warning it was almost impossible to fit back into the box. Received Replacement to fairly quickly but Only opened one this time-put it all together. Did not assemble easily as pics in instructions made it seem. The cross support bars took serious force and frustration to insert and then Safely move to second set of cross bars being locked in. Nylon Strap that secures the bottom crossbars together to keep assembly upright is barely long enough and Velcro was not heavy duty enough to hold once hamper had any weight put in it. I used second Velcro strap from box 2 thinking I’d test to see if it was simple design flaw-it was. It either needs a set of nylon straps or one thicker nylon strap with heavy duty Velcro instead of just the one provided ....So, I was still faithful to believing this was easily resolved by perhaps a request to company for an extra set of nylon/velco straps, but alas -defeat. I walked into my washroom on day #2 to see half full basket of clothes laying almost on the floor because the nylon straps that were sewn to the material hamper portion of this product (and goes over the tops of hamper leg poles to anchor hamper and creates the constant uplifting force for the hamper structure as it rises and falls with addition/removal of clothes) had come completely unsewn. It was a real shame because if the quality of assembly, materials and workmanship had been higher -these would have been permanent fixtures in my home and I probably would have purchased one for every family member. After 2 trips to UPS to return the hampers - I will just wait and see if the company that makes these will take some design and quality control advise and up their level of workmanship to a quality standard (in packaging, assembly and sewing) and increases the quality and strength of the materials they use-namely the Velcro in the nylon strap-binding assembly and also gives the strap a little more length so Velcro can overlap and contact well to withstand the weight of clothes on the assembly structure. Really wanted to use these and for them to do well but it’s a no-can do for right now with the existing faults. ### ⭐⭐ This product is total garbage and the garbage is the only place it belongs. *by A***T on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 12, 2016* Ordered it after watching the pitch on Shark Tank, and have no questions about why the Sharks didn't bother funding it. The concept of the laundry hamper is a good one - but this product is not in any way.Package arrived on time as promised, and that's the end of the good part.1 - No instructions on the proper way to put this contraption together were included. All we had to go by, is the picture on the outside of the box - even the box itself appeared to have been pulled out of the trash to ship this item to us. The different pieces (up to 10) only had 2 that were labeled A1 and A2. That's it.2 - The plastic frame is cheap - more than likely made in China but definitely not an American made product that offers any level of sturdiness. The wheels are cheap plastic.3 - One of the straps that would hold the flex bag in place was ripped to shreds - literally, it was supposed to be thick with velcro, and had one strand connecting the entire thing.4 - Unless you have laundry in your flex bag, the flex bag hangs off to one side instead of straight. The picture shown with this obviously has a full bag of items in it to force the black laundry bag to hang down so nicely - because reality is that it does not.Because the cardboard box looked like it came out of the trash when it arrived, there were no instructions included and no return shipping label with this - it is now in the trash where it belongs. This was really difficult for me to put together as I have chemo induces peripheral neuropathy of my hands. They have buttons like in a walker however they are extremely difficult to push and I was in pain for 3 days after. The wheels are of poor quality and should have been more the size of walker wheels. They are difficult to wheel even on tile. And on the carpet I have to pick it up. It is easy assess to get the chlothes in and out. I am not an engineer but even I can see this could have been made so much better with nuts and screws instead of the buttons and larger wheels. I imagine most of the people buying this are ill or older. I was actually going to buy this for family members for Christmas but they are in worse shape than I and would never be able to put it together. By the way it took me a whole day to get the buttons to work. And one I never could get to work.
