Can't be beaten for $30
It's just as bright as any other expensive laser I have used. It's very clear and and visible in summertime daylight out to 75 yards. It will probably be visible significantly farther, that's just as far as I have tested. The first one surprised me so much I ordered several more. Windage and elevation track well and it's more durable than the plastic ones.

Barely works on an XDs
The laser itself works well. Bright and so far it keeps it's zero point of aim. And it adjusts easily. The provided Allen wrench is garbage, I use a better quality one. At first, very hesitant with this magnetic charge cord, but it works well and it should have been much longer. I would prefer the device mounted closer to the trigger guard. For a basic off brand pistol laser, mounted on my house firearm, it's a good purchase.

Seems to be a high quality item
Very simple to mount and calibrate with the provided hex wrench, extra screw, and a tool to use to screw the laser sight onto the weapon.

Useless for real firearms
Wanted to like this because, out of the box, the build quality seemed good, but functionally, it's not worth the money. The laser is barely visible in sunlight, which is enough, but it would be significantly more useful if it was even slightly brighter. The real problems are with the mounting and zeroing. I mounted this on a full frame .45. After just a few rounds, it was lose on the rail and wobbling around. Tightened it down thinking I just didn't tighten it enough, and a few more rounds later it was loose again. Tightened it again and this time the threads in the mount stripped. Gave it one more chance with the new screw, in a new location, and again a few rounds knocked it loose. Even before it loosened on the rail, I had issues zeroing it. With a bore laser, I zeroed it the first time, but after each time it came off the rail, the adjustment screws became more and more loose and it was definitely drifting with each round. For what you're paying for this laser, you can spend a little bit more and get a quality one from a reputable supplier.
