I bought this chair to replace a Lazy Boy chair that had broken. The chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. I had a problem with the foot rest not locking down and customer service was great. Customer service answered my emails within 24 hours and replaced the part. I would recommend this chair.

For the price it was a very good purchase. It arrive when they said it would - two boxes like they said. Nothing broken or difficult to put together (and my husband REFUSES to read instructions!) He loves it and sits in it all the time. I have only sat in it a couple of times when he is not around! Yes, it was he birthday present so I guess its OK!I would definitely recommend this recliner for the price and big extras: comfortable, massage and heat!

So happy I bought this recliner, the color is very soft and fits with my living room. Seat is roomy enough to were you don't feel confined. Amazon customer service is the best, I purchased a different chair first and returned it. Very helpful during the process. I've been a prime member since 2008 and haven't regretted it since.

I dislike the fact that there is no handle to put the chair down and you have to use leg force to close it.

For the price this is a decent chair. The heat and massage features work well. That said, it is small and doesn't have enough padding. Not so bad that I am returning it but it will be a transitional piece to use for a just a bit.

This chair has hardly use and it is it’s not puffy anymore. It’s just not that sturdy. Very disappointed ☹️ in the chair. I’m disabled can’t afford buy expensive things. I do expect it to last. A refund would be nice 😊
