Fantastic lights. Shocking amount of output for the size
Fantastic lights. Shocking amount of output for the size. No hot spots in the beam pattern, and the side shooter beams give just the right amount of intensity to illuminate ditch lines and cross roads at intersections without being blinded by reflected light. The demo picture Rigid has on their website for the D-SS spots is very representative of what these look like real world.Wire harness is of excellent quality as well. Very easy to install. The only complaint is that the relay is wired rather close to the switch, so I had to mount the relay in the interior.

Great Spot light
These lights are fantastic. I have them mounted on my a-pillar. They throw a lot of light down range and the extra leds on the side really help widen out the pattern. I am extremely pleased with their performance and they are exactly what I was looking for. Wiring was easy as I have an SPOD and I bought the Poison Spyder light mounts which are great as well. As for the complaints about these lights they are completely off base. If you are looking for a cube light this one is the best you can get. If you are expecting it to perform like a large light bar then you will be disappointed. It's apples and oranges.

Bright
The media could not be loaded. Installed on a Jeep Wrangler with JW Speaker headlights and DSS Spots on A pillar mounts. The side shooter lights seem to work really well (pics on/off). Even though they are spots, the seem to have a very good flood effect in front of the vehicle. I chose spots so as to not flood my hood with too much light. The glare from the passenger side spot is minimal from the driver seat. No damage or defects in lights.

The specs you wish you had before you bought yours
I was looking for driving lights for my Gen-2 KLR650. I saw T2W's review on the Rigid Dually aux lights. I figured if they would fit, these might also. And with the Side Shooter lights, I thought these might be a better choice for rural areas where the deer population abounds. My problem was a lack of information - no details on the actual specs of the lights. Even looking on the Rigid Industries website I wasn't able to find what I needed to be sure they would fit my application (maybe I'm getting old and just can't figure it out anymore). Well, I bought them anyway and here are some pictures from the packaging and the included instructions (some reviews said there were no instructions) which may help you out.As for the fit and install, I have the Twisted Throttle Denali front fender mount for my Gen-2 KLR650 and these lights fit, although they just barely touch the plastic fender. As long as they don't get too hot that shouldn't be a problem. If they are too hot, I'll elongate the mounting hole a little to move them out. The wiring install was easy even in the limited space on my bike. The whole thing is plug-and-play when using the included wiring harness, relay, and lighted rocker switch. Keep a few crimp fittings or solder and some shrink tubing handy in case you need to customize your install. These are obnoxiously bright - even during the day. So far I have them on the separate switch, but I think I may link them with the high beam switch. They are labeled "For Off-Road Use Only".

Couldn’t be happier
I would not purchase any other light in this size. I have bought cheap and expensive lights in the past and have not had much luck. I had always heard good things about rigid lights, but never pulled the trigger until now due to the price. They are worth every penny! They are extremely bright and can see way down the road. Also, the side shooters work as fogs to light up left and right, so they are the best of both driving and fog combo in my opinion.

Awesome lights. Don’t draw as much power as my old HID lights and may be just a bit brighter. I mounted these by my mirrors, and I intend to purchase the larger ones for my aftermarket bumper. Way more view than when the HIDs were in the way of my field of view. Don’t forget the sacrificial lenses if you purchase these. Much easier to keep clean as they are removable and you don’t have to worry about a rock hitting the bulbs and replacing the entire light

These things are bright.
I have these mounted on the hood/A-pillars of my truck in the North East, and these things are awesome. The in-laws decided to move an hour into the middle of nowhere, and many times have we had to crawl back home on back roads looking for deer, bears, skunks, possums and raccoons. These things on the hood light up the roads, the woods, the sky...
