For this high price, what makes it dependable, where others arent** A: Purchased the frother on Jan 13, stopped working today on Feb 15. Obviously not the quality one is expecting. **Q: Can you just use it for a couple seconds to mix up your coffee and not whip it frothy?** A: I think it would depend on how much coffee powder you're mixing in. The more you put in, the longer it would take to mix up. I know in order to get my tsp of matcha to mix up, the drink ends up whipped and frother with how long it takes. **Q: Does it come with batteries** A: No, it did not come with batteries. It requires 2 AA batteries. I use this frother daily and have not had to replace batteries yet! **Q: somehow i made it spin continuously and won't turn off how do i turn it off without removing batteries ?** A: Remove the batteries clean the entire device with an alcohol and q-tip. Press the on/off button without the batteries sometimes it may stick. If it still continues to spin then the on/off switch may be damaged and you will have to return it since you can't access it.
