Love these noodles for Turkey Tetrazzini. They hold up well to preboiling and then being put in the oven with sauce. Other brands fall apart and get mushy. These don't absorb all the sauce either, they stay nicely coated without becoming soggy. Even leftovers don't get mushy after reheating in the microwave.Will definitely repurchase.

You can really taste the eggs.If you follow the cooking instructions on the package, you get well cooked noodles, with a gooey consistency (in the best way possible). But they tend to stick together if you cook them in plain salty water (maybe oil would help).
