Good product.
Very easy to install and a good value product.

Tap
Replaced this tap just over 4 weeks ago. Went to run a bath the other night and the stopper that controls the bath and shower stopped working. Only shower water would come out. I did contact the supplier who has suggested a few things for me to do. I have done this but it is still not right. They have said they will replace it for me, so I can't fault there customer service.

Absolute garbage. Lasted 3 years before bursting, but ruined my morning shower every day for those 3 years. About 1mm adjustment between ice cold and scorching hot. Everyone in the supply chain for this thing should be ashamed.

Love this shower!
This mixer tap looks fantastic and is so easy to use which I love. I’m not sure how easy it was to install as we had a plumber do that for us. Great product and great value for money.

Not good
I brought this in April and it is now broken, it's now Sept. we can't have a bath only a shower as the button doesn't work anymore. Not value for money as I now need to order another one and get a plumber to fit it as I'm a single parent and won't be able to do this myself. This item lasted 5 months👎

Easy to use
It says universal fittings, not too sure when you have to replace the original copper piping with the modern flexible piping from b and q, so that was fine as I do have a old place, and council too, (say no more). But I love the taps and pipe. Easy to use and so much quicker than a bath especially when you're always in a hurry from work and work out.
