This looks like the book was photocopied. It looks like a team version of a book would not recommend.

Horrible formatting!
Any cookbook author who starts a new recipe in the middle or bottom of a page, and then continues on the next page deserves to be disbarred from printing books forever! There’s no fun in looking at a poorly formatted cook book without any pictures. Don’t waste your money on this one!

Hard to stay in place
Good recipes, but hard to read because the recipes are one right after another. In other words, if you put this on a stand to refer to as you work, you have the end of the last recipe, then the one you want to reference, followed immediately by the next. I would rather have one recipe on one page, so I don't get onto the wrong set of intructions.
