This fan does have 4 speeds. Move through the first 3 with a single click on control button and enter 4th speed with a long press on control button. The fan is a good one and does move a substantial amount of air. I don’t usually even set it higher than the first speed. It has 5 blades which allow it to move air well and this 5 blade feature is partly why I bought this one as opposed to many others with only 4 blades and some fans with only 3 blades. It is small enough that you can set it to blow on yourself without also blowing on others who may not want it. It is relatively quiet on the first speed. It feels well made, especially for the price. I run mine plugged into a battery bank, the kind typically used to recharge phones and it does not draw a lot of power so the battery lasts a long time.
