Got this to try as I have been struggling with sore muscles after my workouts and it helped so much you can feel the salts working and releasing the tension from your muscles I would highly recommend especially for the price

Now my new “go to” shower gel
I was attracted to this by the Magnesium properties, it’s the first time I have seen a shower gel with it in. My first impressions are that the smell is clean and crisp. It doesn’t smell chemically or fake, but completely natural without being overbearing. The consistency of the gel is a bit on the runny side and it comes out quick from the tube, so I find a flannel helps to stop it spilling over and wasting. It builds into a nice lather and rinses away without leaving any residue. It leaves me feeling nice and clean and relaxed from the smell. The flip lid is easy to open for anyone with dexterity issues, and it isn’t a fight to squeeze out in fact quite the opposite just a gentle squeeze required. I don’t know if the magnesium element is doing anything in particular for me, but despite that it has now replaced by normal “go to” brand.

The shower gel in itself is very good but the tube cap leeks.
