Yes, as the other reviews indicate, these do not have the smoothest movement. So if you are going to be moving the cameras while recording, you probably don't want these. However, the zoom is nice and smooth so if you are going to set and record, they work perfectly and easily. I bought 3 and set them up super easy on the free OBS software. I used only the USB cables and have had zero issues thus far. The image looked a bit jumpy and not aligned with audio at first, but a couple adjustments to the settings and everything is working great. I was a bit concerned about these as they are "budget friendly" PTZ cameras, but I'm supper happy thus far.

Beautiful pictures that makes my videos look professional.I end up with some problem after nine months so I wrote my my review then contact the seller.Surprisingly after some technical support and troubleshooting they then ship me a new camera over night.Services like this cannot go unrecognized . Bought one of these for a (very!) small church, to improve their streaming over the fixed-lens, microphones-included system they were using (producing unwatchable and unlistenable streams). This is NOT a broadcast-quality camera that is going to make anyone think you've got a high-end camera on a fluid head being manned by a human being. But if you can live with the kind of abrupt and "coarse" pans, tilts and zooms (or if your audience can), I can't imagine doing better than this little camera. The 10x optical zoom allows a belt-to-scalp shot of the pulpit from the back of the room (maybe 35'). The presets are very nice, as they allow the operator to do gross zoom-outs or pans to track the typical movements. But if you're tracking a "mobile pastor", the audience is going to have to live with everything happening in "jumps" instead of a smooth, continuous movement. For the needs of the small church, it's light years ahead of their old system, and the picture quality is actually really nice (probably better than necessary for streaming to most devices anyway).

Our SZOOMSY PTZ Camera 20X is excellent for streaming our church services. We really appreciate the ability to adjust the image remotely without needing to walk over to the camera.

This worked perfectly with our conference room needs! Plug and go. Also mounted to the tripod I bought separately. No problems. Perfect!

First impression was great. I bought this to use for live streaming billiard matches. The picture is great, however the connectivity is awful. I need to be able to control this trough OBS, which says is possible, but couldn't connect to plug ins. Was not able to program any of the preset locations, with the remote or the software. The lens had a huge fish eye issue which changed depending on the zoom. There is zero support on this camera. The directions are terrible too.

Szoomsy are very helpful and respond quickly. Their after sales service is excellent. They kept contact and were very helpful in answering my questions.
