This is worth every penny and then some. I've spent three times this for one micro needling session at Spas. This machine is awesome quality. Smooth, plus I can plug it in.With a previous device, the batteries would run out when ever I'd go to use it. This one, I can just plug in to use it, or charge and unplug-SWEET!

I recommend this seller. I received the best customer service. Very helpful. The product is well made and comes with plenty of extra disposable needle attachments. I do my own microneedling at home and this pen has been great so far.

I started having issues with this pen after the third time I used it. I thought I wasn’t charging it properly. Speed does not go all the way up, and the last time I used it, I could not turn it off, so I just left it on until runned out of battery

I've only used this a few times, it had worked fine but now it won't turn off and I can't return it thru Amazon where I purchased it in Feb as it was a replacement for my previous pen that I had issues with, not sure why I cannot replace this one thru Amazon....

The pen is faulty and when I fist used it it would shut off every few seconds. I tried using it a second time and it won’t turn off.
