May be better options
I’ve had the lock for 4 days and my bike has already been stolen. Not the best product, there may be better options if you want to keep your things secure.

A great lock but the app user interface needs improvement
I always wish my bike lock is keyless and easy to use. Although a regular passcode is keyless but I forgot my pass code. In this case, if the bike is locked and I have to find a lock Smith. If the bike is not locked and the lock is a waste. This lock offers all my wishes. The app in my iPhone can remember my passcode in case I forgot it. Then I can reset my passcode, so it is hassle free. I tested this function multiple times and I am happy with it. The security provided by this lock is the same as other chained lock, so I do not have comment.I noticed many customers complain the lock/passcode is hard to use. I donot have the problem. The key pad is like other keypads, simple and easy to use. I do find that the app is confusing to use, and this is mainly because English of the instruction in the manual is bad, likely not written by a professional. Once understanding the English, things become straightforward. Another minor thing is that the interface of app is ugly, weird color, buttons and font, as well as their combination.Overall, it is a great lock!

It got stuck in the lock position, couldn’t unlock it
This lock had what I was looking for—keyless, not too springy, not too big and heavy. Unfortunately, I had trouble opening it with the admin passcode and the user password, but the TurboLock Plus app worked. It worked great the first time I used it. The SECOND time I locked my bike it would not unlock! I tried each method and none worked even though the green light came on, it beeped twice and the app said unlock was successful. I had a couple other people try, and they couldn’t do it either. So my husband had to ride back home and return with bolt cutters so I could remove my bike from the rack. ☹️ When I got home I reread the directions to see if I was doing something wrong. Nope, it still didn’t work. Frustrating!

Lock died too quickly, something inside broke!
Re-review: This stopped unlocking less than 30 days after I got it, and I had to get it replaced. It would still beep and say it was unlocking, but the internal mechanism simply wouldn't work right. Unfortunately, I could not do a return for some reason...In order to get it off my scooter, I had to cut it. A standard cable snipper tool ($18 or so) did the job just fine... meaning this cable isn't really all that secure to begin with. Combined with it failing while locked... I can't really reccomend this anymore.

Not what they appear
It got too hot and wouldn't unlock. Still didn't work after cooling off.Update June 4, 2020I bought several of these locks because they were working like they should. But after awhile like other users had said, they stopped working. I realized after reading the manual several times (because it is not clearly explained) that the codes that you generate are only temporary, 30 days by default, I think. The permanent codes require an account. To use a permanent code, you need to use the app. Each permanent user needs the app, so every permanent user needs to have a phone and the app to open it. It's meant to be opened using your phone, not by code. The codes are meant for temporary users like people renting or contractors who need temporary access. So if you code expired and you don't have your phone or app, then you can't unlock it unless you disassemble it. But sometimes you can't disassemble it because it can get jammed tightly. I had to cut mine and realized that I could cut it with only a pair of handheld pliers. The cable was thinner than what appeared. The vinyl cover magnifies the thickness of the cable. Being able to cut it easily was a blessing and a curse. I was glad I could cut it when I couldn't open it, but I thought why should I get a lock that was so easy to open? Criminals are savvy these days. This would not deter them. I would not buy again.

Meh. Not the best, but not horrible.
Codes that are generated for other users to use one time only work sometimes. Bluetooth connectivity sometimes doesn’t work at all, sometimes works great.

Does not work consistently
This is the worst bike lock I have ever owned. I have been using it to lock my bike at least three times a week and at least once a week it refuses to unlock. I try unlocking with the phone and the master code. In both cases the lock beeps like it is unlocked but the release button does not work. All I can do is keep trying. Eventually (sometimes after more than 10 tries) if finally releases. I have already ordered a product from another vendor and will be returning this as soon as I have a replacement.

Bike lock not worth sound purchase
I liked it as a toy, however as a product that I needed it for,it lacked ease&lacked comfort that it would not allow someone to steal my bike so I returned it
