This is our second purchase of the Homebird feeder; after several years, it simply fell apart after being used so much! The feeder arrived perfectly and was packed with care. It's well-made and sturdy enough to support several birds at once, holding over a full cup of seed. Once it's placed in the window, it holds up. Easy to clean. The birds love this feeder, and we love them.

Working from home and noticing the activity of the birds in the trees and shrubs outside prompted me to shop for a clear window bird feeder. Soooo, in usual helpful, impulsive buy fashion, Amazon is a few finger touches away. I searched for a bit and came across this one. Buy it now? Why, yes, I think I will! Once it arrived and was removed from the box, it immediately met my expectations. It was easy to put up and has a nice, clean look to it, so you barely notice it on the window from outside. One suggestion though - be patient if it's not found immediately. It took about two weeks or so before the birds finally located it and/or felt curious enough to eat from it. It doesn't hold a lot of food, probably about a cup, so if you have several birds feeding from it, you may have to refill it more frequently. It's easy to remove from the suction cups and clean. I have had it for several months and continue to enjoy it. I have seen sparrows, finches, and cardinals feed from it. It has held up through strong winds and heavy rain. I am pleased with my purchase.

Easy to use. Very sturdy and strong grip suction cups on the window. I have had 3 white wing doves feeding from it and it didn't even budge! Viewing the birds up close is great. We have had high winds here this last week (30+ mph) and no problems!

This is a well-crafted bird feeder. It came with a beautiful glossy brochure which described what to expect from the feeder. In particular, it gave tips on how to prepare a clean window and how to handle the suction cups. Finally, the brochure encouraged bird enthusiasts to be patient and understand that it might take as long as two weeks for birds to find the feeder. This impatient enthusiast was grateful for the tip! Finally, the brochure offers a free package of bird food if you send an email! Very impressive customer service from Josh. Thank you!

Fantastic product! Setup was simple. Within an hr we’ve had nuthatches, chickadees, and stellars jay. Bit small for the Jay but still managed to feed out of it. Kids enjoy the view especially when it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner as we have it set up outside our dinning room. We have been having some rain here in Alaska and our feeder is facing a window that’s not fully protected by the roof and I’m quite impressed by the strong suctioning of the cups. Let’s see how it will hold during the cold temperatures but so far so good. We are getting so many visitors that we will purchase a second one for my daughter’s room. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is I’m hoping they will build another one that can store more food as it would be nice not to fill it up every day.

Love the feeder! We put it up eye level for the 2 indoor cats (and birds of course), filled it with cracked corn, and sprinkled the cracked corn on the railings nearby as suggested in the instructions. We have a large feeder out in the yard that we have regular seed in but felt a cracked corn treat was alright (and won't sprout from the deck or beds below). Because we have so many birds in the yard, I'm sure they will find their way to this one! It is under the eaves but as low as it's installed, it could be exposed to rain a bit. Despite the rain squalls we just had, the feed remains dry. The drainage holes are a bonus plus I love that the feed tray is removable and washable without uninstalling the full feeder unit. I think it's very well made--sturdy, well thought through, and quality material. As well, with our particular feeder, there is an offer of free bird seed. I emailed them about it yesterday and already heard back today. That's exceptional customer service. I would definitely buy this again.

I love everything about this feeder! I have had it hanging on my office window for over a year and it is so enjoyable to watch the birds from my desk all day. I wasn't expecting such a positive reaction, but the whole office enjoys watching the birds come and go as well. It's been a hit. It fell off the window once when the weather turned cold, but fortunately it didn't break. I just cleaned the window & stuck it back up there and it's fine. I especially appreciate that when I purchased the feeder, there was an option to have free seeds sent to you. Apparently I live in a different country than the seller & it was too expensive to send me the normal amount of free seeds. Instead of just apologizing for no seeds, they had Walmart deliver seeds to my door instead, so I got an impressive amount of free seeds, when they could have just made an excuse and not sent me anything. I haven't seen that level of customer service in a long time!! I'm truly impressed.

Lovely bird feeder. It is my first feeder and I am impressed with the quality and design. It was easy to attach to the window and the suction cups feel really strong. The feed tray is easy to remove and replace and looks easy to clean. Communication from the company has been excellent and you get the feeling they really care about their product. Good value for money.
