Not as much coverage as I was expecting, but definitely a good amount for the price. Holds you in but the butt pads are a little awkward; the coverage area they provide on the shaper is smaller than the buttocks area. I’ve only worn it once so far, under a dress, and it was seamless for the most part.

This is the best shapeware I've ever bought, the only problem is that after a while, do you the heat of your body,the boning tends to bend. Especially if you're like me, who doesn't sit properly in a chair. It's best to maintain a good posture when wearing this, or you may be stabbed in the side.Overall great and would def buy again

Shapes nicely but it's not seamless at the buttocks. I wore it with a thin form fitting dress and you could see the buttocks seams that looked like a pad. My waste was snatched and buttocks lifted

I went with my current measurements and since I’m post partum, I should’ve gone down a size to help suck everything in while I continue to lose the weight. I didn’t like that the steal bars only go down half way on the sides. They should go all the way down to have a more seamless look. For reference I’m 5’4” and weight 170lbs. My measurements are 38 bust, 35 waist, 45 hips. I ordered XL
