I bought Iberia Marsala Cooking Wine because I wanted to feel like a fancy chef, and let me tell you—it delivered. One splash of this, and suddenly, I’m talking with my hands like I’m on a cooking show, even though my only audience is my cat.The flavor? Rich, slightly sweet, and 100% capable of making me believe I know what I’m doing. I poured some into my chicken marsala, and BAM—instant restaurant-quality dish (or at least, my family didn’t complain for once).The bottle? Classy and deceptively professional-looking. When guests see it in my kitchen, they immediately assume I know words like "deglaze" and "umami." (I do not, but thanks for the confidence boost, Iberia.)Pro tip: DO NOT drink it straight. We love our white cooking wine! It gives everything a delicious flavor. I use it in many different recipes, but my favorite is when I make the sofrito which is the base for lots of good foods.

Good cooking wine. Not tomuch marsala taste. But for the money ok.

This shelf stable cooking wine is perfect to have around. This is my second time purchasing. Use it for anything that requires white wine. Keep the sealed bottles in the panty and the open one in the fridge. Never seems to go bad. And the price is way better than those little bottles at the supermarket.

We recently made a stuffed mushroom dish by a well known food network personality. Her recipe called for this wine as an ingredient. I am not a professional cook or even a hobbyist cook, however I like to cook and grill trying new dishes as often as I can. The recipe worked out great and I'm assuming this wine was good as well because the stuffed mushrooms turned out very tasty.The bottle is fairly large in size and should last us a while. It comes in a plastic bottle which some may have an issue with -- I don't. The bottle came shipped well packaged, sealed and in tact. Price was similar if not better to local markets.

I was surprised, this is a very large cooking wine! I am using it to make tiramisu, but I also can use it for chicken Marcella and other things. I really had a hard time finding it here in Florida. I am from New Jersey. Although I have no trouble finding red wine or white wine, cooking wine that is. I personally prefer using wine that I would drink, but I don’t drink Marcella so I use the cooking wine. I am making tiramisu.
