This is a well crafted book with a substantial hardcover. The content is fantastic. Read this book during a doctoral course on testing and measurements. Well organized, succinct, and informative. Very pleased with the binding. I had used a PDF off ZLib for the past couple of years and it is nice to have a quality physical copy.

Brand new! The seller was great, there were some hiccups that were not their fault, and they were quick to respond and so easy to deal with.

The book came quickly and was in mint condition. This would not be a choice read but it was a perfect match for my test and assessments course.

It's a good enough college text. But if it is an "optional suggestion", get it used. If it is required, consider buying new. I doubt that I will refer to this much, if any in the future. It was useful for the course work though.
