DCN Plastic2800-0-09 Window Planter, White

I used them as storage, grouping like items in "bins". They worked great for many of my baking tins ( pie, cake, muffin). Also grouped many other baking items. Bench scrapers, larger utensils (mixing spoons, spatulas, etc), cheese cloth and kitchen towels. The "bins" line up a shelf and I no longer have to dig around to find the item I'm looking for, nothing is pushed to the back of the drawer (does not fit in standard silverware drawer) or cupboard.

I am going to keep this product because i dont want to go through the effort of exchanging it and looking for something else because it does the job over all, but some of the features are kind of pointless. The plug which is attached to the drainage hole is on the inside of the planter and can only be plugged before the soil is placed inside of the planter. So you have to make the long term decision of if you want it open or plugged in when potting the plants. Would've made more sense to be to plug it in outside of the planter, so that you could control when the water drains and when you dont want it to. Also, there are holes on the sides i guess for maybe hanging it with some other equipment that wasnt included, i find it to be aesthetically annoying becuase i didnt see that/didnt notice it in the photo when buying the item. Otherwise, great size and nice color plus sturdy.

Perfect for many uses.I used them to catch water where I was not able to put a rain gutter. Next spring I'll use them as planters.

I had a difficult time finding a smallish insert for a wooden window box to replace one bought several years ago that had cracked. Thrilled to find this on Amazon and delighted. Just a tad shorter in length than the old broken one, yet works beautifully!

I ordered two of these planters at the same time. Strangely I received one of them on one day and the other one on a different day. The first one was obviously new. Nicely wrapped. The second one however was not new and it appeared it had been used before. Other than that it was still useable and functional. My only complaint is that I expected both to be new and delivered on the same day.

Nice, has a nice plug or sifter plug included.
