This scraping tool looks and feels solid and does a great job of scraping. The different sides have different contours to hug different muscle groups and really get a good massage. Corners were well rounded and feels the same as name brand scraping tools. Works very well on the neck and provides great grip to the user. Has helped me to self-massage and provide myofascial release around the scalenes, SCM, and upper trapezius muscles for better range of motion and less chronic pain.

I'm thrilled I chose this gua sha tool. Its ergonomic design makes it incredibly comfortable to hold, and its precisely crafted shape is ideal for addressing adhesions and deep scar tissue resulting from my foot surgery due to a torn metatarsal plate. The incision is on the top of my foot. One day after keeping my foot in an uncomfortable position for an extended period, it began to swell and ache. However, using this gua sha tool not only alleviated the swelling but also significantly improved my foot's flexibility and eliminated the pain. I used in combination with Ashley black small fasica blaster tool. I'm going to use these a few times a week from now on.

After having many months of Physical Therapy after knee replacement surgery, I purchased this tool to perform my own PT on the scar tissue left over from the surgery. The results have been very positive as I am getting more and more flexibility in the knee. It is very easy to clean and is an effective tool for breaking up scar tissue post surgery. Make sure you have a PT specialist show you the proper way to use this device.

I use it mainly for my foot because I have plantar fasciitis. I don’t like the design of the handles because it’s hard to hold with one hand. I would need to hold it with one hand and use the other to stabilize it. The hand placement part is too small so it hurts my knuckles hence I have to hold it by the side and use my other hand for support. But it works pretty good when I’m scrapping my feet and helps alleviates and control my plantar fasciitis. It can also be use for other body parts, such as forearm, biceps, chest and back if you have someone else to scrape for you.
