Ordered this because it was less expensive than buying from a local carpet supplier. I needed a pad to go under a 16' hall runner to protect the hardwood flooring which was too thick as our double bi-fold doors on the linen closet needed to clear the rug when opened. Exactly the right height. I rated adhesion 4/5 because the runner does move over time but it's very easy to straighten it out. I rated it a 3/5 for softness because it isn't particularly soft as it is not too thick. The runner itself is very cushiony. Great value.

This is great for my long hallway runner. I have a puppy who loves to run up and down the hallway and the rug doesn’t move an inch with this new pad. Highly recommend

This rug pad was exactly as expected. I cut it to fit my hall runner and it is perfect. It does not slip at all and keeps the runner in place. I have since ordered another one.

Good quality, make sure to order the one with rubber side as top is felt. Otherwise you won’t have any grip on your hard floors.

This pad was purchased to prevent my !00# doberman from skateboarding across my floors on the rugs. Works well, have very good grip without becoming a trip hazard. A++++
