M1 LoRaWAN Indoor Gateway Helium Crypto Miner - US915

Bought this machine as my other brand no longer works with helium mining. Despite of some of the other bad comments, this unit has not disappointed thus far. Brand new when I received it and got it up and working in 15 mins

Worked perfectly to fix reception of helium weather station. Absolutely works if you follow instructions. You need helium wallet on your phone to set it up and some Solana in the wallet already.

Bought this unit 6 weeks ago. We were seeing no witnesses, so we assumed there was an issue with our cable and antenna. We replaced both. Still no witnesses when we beaconed. We are in a VERY good area with many potential witnesses, the closest is line of sight 950 meters away. The unit beacons but we have not had a single witness in 6 weeks. The unit is obviously not transmitting. When I went to contact the seller, there's no way to do that! All the links point to an Amazon chat bot that gives you 2 choices, neither of which is to contact the seller. I went to the Sensecap website and they specifically state they will not support units sold on Amazon. So now I am stuck with a non functional $500 hotspot. The seller return window is 30 days. Lesson learned. Amazon doesn't police sellers to make sure they are legitimate sellers of the items.

SenseCAP M1 received was sealed brand new in box. I also ordered a better antenna bc I already knew the stock antenna would have trouble reaching the nearest hotspot. As with any new device it is best to fully read the instructions before powering it on. This is especially important with this device even if you are tech savvy. Note: The SenseCAP M1 comes with a preloaded $ amount to help relocate-transfer the device to your location. You can accidentally blow through that very quickly if you don't pay attention. The directions mostly work however there are a few extra steps that would've been helpful early on such as how to locate the bind key to register hotspot via the Hotspot Dashboard. "Network Bits" on YT was probably the most helpful. SenseCAP Hotspot Dashboard - you can create an account before you even power on your device Device location - I semi-panicked at first bc my hotspot kept showing up in the wrong location. Adding to the Dashboard helped solve my problem. IOT Rewards - You can view these either in your Helium wallet or via the Dashboard. I believe you can only claim these via the wallet to convert to HNT. There are transfer fees if you do. I'm pretty tech savvy and have to admit it wasn't the most intuitive device to setup however with a little mental elbow grease and patience most people should be able to get it up and running.

Sensecap has been a great Helium partner and they are on top of firmware updates and their own application updates. The Sensecap has a great admin console and android application, and customer support is responsive. The hotspots are solid devices and little workhorses. This is my second hotspot and plan to buy more Sensecaps. I bought this Sensecap through Parlay Labs reseller on Amazon. Parlay Labs is a great company with fantastic customer service. I will be ordering my next hotspot from them and looking forward to doing more business with them.

Al principio fué complicado que se vinculara con la consola de sensecap, mantenía todo el tiempo offline, el área de soporte indicaba que era un problema de conexión a internet, se cambió la red por cable, con otro operador ISP, compartier datos desde el celular, el problema continuaba (offline). Para descartar problemas de bloqueo de puertos, se compartió internet desde el portátil conectado al celular por USB y el dispositivo se conecto a internet, actualizó el último firmware y ahora sí funciona por cable direntamente al modem del operador ISP. Hasta la fecha está en linea y minando por Helium y Misterium. Después de unas horas, se configura automáticamente a la frecuencia AU915. Por el costo, recomiendo.el producto.

Well, I already had a Nebra miner and one of the principal differences is that the sense cap has a better interfaces to work whit it, that interface allows to sheck remotidly the status of the miner, another good point for the sesnse cap is it small. But the real problem its with the Helium network, the rewards, the proffit and even the coustumer service its terrible. And the people in helium doesnt care about the fake locations and another scams from fake hotspot, so the miner was ok, but the network sucks
