These are super flavourful and rich, I used them to make cookies and they turned out beautiful! These are quite expensive but definitely worth it, if you want to bake high quality stuff. Buy this if you would like to know the real taste of chocolate. I made a gluten free chocolate cake using these callets. I was blown away by the flavor profile and its richness. I would buy only this to amp up the quality of my bakes.

It tastes better than the choco chips we get here which doesn't melt when baked. These melt very well so we liked these chocolate discs so much. I recommend to anyone who bakes cookies.

Extremely disappointed. The chocolate beans were melted and stuck together.

To make chocolates, ganache, brownies,cakes etc

The last one I used was a 1 kg one, packed abroad and imported here. This time around I ordered the 500gm one, which is packed here (locally), though the chocolate chips are supposedly imported. I say supposedly, cause the chips taste different. Really different. Them looking a bit different is ok, but tasting vastly different, isn't. So look at the backside of the packaging and go through the details...else you might as well support some local chocolate enthusiast! I'm the picture, go for the one on the right side.
