So far, they've just generically called it IBS and gastritis...which to me says they believe something is wrong with me, but don't know what causes it. My friend recommended a product with similar ingredients. And I've consumed things containing most of the ingredients. I selected this based on the ingredients and reviews and JJ Virgin's popularity, I must admit. It gave me loose bowels. I even tried cutting the quantity down dramatically, but still had issues. Even my naturopathic Doctor said the only thing in it she thinks could have caused my reaction was the prune powder.
