Run to this fridge. What’s not to like? It’s stylish, huge space inside, looks expensive and FEELS expensive if that makes sense. So glad I got this fridge, I didn’t need to have it plumbed to get water and ice. I’ve kept is as non-plumbed. Ice comes out exceptionally well. It’s so well made. Great addition to my new home

Fridge is fantastic, right size very modern and works very well, had a slight scratch with the first one and Amazon was amazing they had a new one next day delivered, can’t fault them

Very stylish and virtually silent. A word of warning though. This comes in a massive box that will not fit through any conventional doorway. Had to put it in the garage, de box it and then pay someone to move it.

The delivery was fine but they are not allowed to unpack it for you, which means you need a *lot* of space for the box; it didn't fit through our standard front door so we had to bring it around the back and through the conservatory double doors. After that though, actually unpacking the box was way easier than I thought it would be. The fridge looks good and works well. It's quiet but not silent, especially when ice is dropping into the bucket - only an issue for me late at night. The water tank is very large but water is dispensed a bit slowly - outside of the hottest days of the summer I find my tap water adequately cold anyway, so I mostly just use the ice maker and the tank lasts a long time. The shelves in the fridge door are really good for condiment bottles and the amount of space in this thing is a big step up in general over our old integrated fridge/freezer. The only negative I have is that the glossy black finish picks up finger prints very easily, and it's impossible not to touch it when you open/close the door, so most days we end up wiping them off at some point. A small issue for a huge fridge/freezer with ice maker/crusher at this incredibly low price (bought at £650, if memory serves)!

We bought a Hisense American fridge freezer which is working fine however It has quite a big 2 yr guarantee sticker on the front of the fridge This sticker is glued on so when we removed it it scratched and discoloured the front of the fridge where it had been We contacted Amazon to let them know about it to say we were not happy and they offered us a replacement or refund , we chose replacement as the fridge itself is great The customer service advisor online was very helpful and ordered us another fridge however we did say that they need to take the sticker off the front before delivering it or we would have same problem again Unfortunately once it arrived it had the same sticker glued in same place so we would have same issue We contacted Amazon again to see if they could part refund to help pay for repair and they said all they could do is replace or refund I asked again if they could pay to have it repaired or for us to have it repaired as we like the fridge and everything else was great They said no only refund or replacement They eventually said that they could only give us a £84 part refund which was an insult as we will have to pay double that to have the facia repaired Even though it is a lovely looking fridge and very spacious please be careful when ordering because of this sticker as it is not small and the damage it does is not good

We were shopping for an American fridge freezer for a while. We got this one with quite a big discount, paying just £650, and have zero regrets about it. I'll be honest, my main driving force was having ice on tap, whenever we wanted, and so we wanted a plumbed fridge freezer with that capability. I've heard the ice dispensers can have reliability issues but ours is still going strong after several months, we've not had any issues in that time. Otherwise, there's plenty of space, looks stylish, no sign of any ice build up, definitely helping to keep food fresh for longer....would absolutely buy again at the right price.

It arrived 2 days before our 2 week holiday, when we returned i found the ice bucket and contents had frozen solid to the door. After about half an hour with the hairdrier i managed to free the bucket and defrost it in the sink. It looks like it needs to be used on regular basis to stop this happening again, but overall i'm pretty pleased with the Fridge/freezer.
