IT WORKS!!
I must admit I was very skeptical of purchasing what I thought was probably snake oil. But when you love your dog, there’s no real price to put on something that could possibly work. My 16-year-old lab stopped, wetting her bed almost overnight after taking the medicine. I know her days are numbered, but I treasure each day she’s still with us. Thank you.

I cannot believe the difference
It's only been just shy of two weeks, but I cannot believe the difference - it was almost immediate! The skeptic that I am is still waiting for it to stop working, but I'm really hoping it won't.I rescued my girl in October 2016 and she came to me just a week after her spay. Stella was leaking (I was not told this by the rescue organization) and almost immediately put on DES, first once a week, then twice, she still leaked. Then the vet added Proin, first 75 mg a day, then 150 mg. She still leaked, so we did a urinalysis, then we did an ultra sound, then we did the xray contrast dye test to check for an ectopic ureter. Since her conventional vet was unable to pinpoint anything anatomically that would cause the problem and since the Proin wasn't helping, I took her off that and then started to take her off the DES as well, but noticed her leaking worsened when I did so put her back on. I scheduled an appointment with a Holistic Vet for her and in the meantime came across Best Premium Bladder Strength & Kidney supplements and figured we had nothing to loose, especially with the money back guarantee! Stella is still on the DES and has been taking two of the supplements a day and I have not noticed any spots anywhere and neither she nor her bedding smell. I'll give it another couple of weeks before I decide to change her to an every other day 'maintenance' dose as indicated on the container. I do wish the instructions on the container were clearer as to giving the dog two at once if she needs two or to split the dose morning and night and how long do you wait for putting her on a maintenance dose and is that split morning and night? Beyond what to give for your size dog, the directions for dosing are just not as clear as I would like them to be and I do wonder about the inconsistent size of the chews - how can she be getting the right dose if the chew sizes are not all the same? I don't have these answers all I know is that my beautiful dog is currently not leaking and it's because of these supplements!

she will rarely happy pee, and over all she seems much more ...
My 4yo spayed GSD has had urinary incontinence issues for her entire life. Its never been a huge issue, she will occasionally "happy pee" when she gets over excited. Within the past year I noticed she has been licking her vulva area more often causing staining and I have had to treat UTI's about every 4-6 months. I tried Proin for 1m and even on a high dose she would lick her vulva continuously and pee when excited. In addition, her vulva was extremely hooded so she did undergo surgery to open up that area in May 2018, this has helped tremendously in keeping the area around her vulva dry and clean. After stopping the Proin I originally had her on the VetriScience Bladder Chews for about 2m, they worked well but still not 100%. I decided to give these chews a try since they help support the kidneys and decrease UTIs. It has been 1m since starting these chews and she still licks her vulva a bit, mainly just to clean herself after going potty, she will rarely happy pee, and over all she seems much more comfortable and healthy. She loves the taste which makes things that much easier on my end. Over all I'm very pleased with this chew and will continue using it

These have made a world of difference for our dog
These have made a wonderful change in my dog's quality of life.Once my dog (a German/Swiss Shepherd mix) hit about three she started having urinary problems intermittently. At first we believed them to be bladder infections and went to the vet accordingly and gave her the meds prescribed which slightly helped. We started trying alternatives to the vet meds as they were getting too expensive and did not seem to be clearing up her problem overall. We then discovered that she was having problems due to being spayed and this is just something that would be our new normal. We coped with diapers when she had an issue which wasn't great but helped. This summer she had an unusual and so far a one off particularly bad episode which prompted the hunt for new alternatives. We discovered these pills and bought them without too much hope. Within a day her problems cleared up. She didn't have a problem for a month (when we ran out of pills and forgot to reorder them) and then we got her the pills again and she was fine. These have really helped her a lot. When she was having accidents she was down in mood and didn't want to play as much but since she's stopped having accidents she's a happier dog and a lot more playful. These not only helped my dog physically but it brought back my happy puppy. I'm grateful we found these and that they worked. She's been taking these for three months now and except for the time we forgot to reorder so she had them without a break she's not had a single accident. I am so happy we happened upon these as they have really helped my dog.

My dog enjoyed them and did not fight in taking them
I was really hoping that these would help my Doberman with her stress Incontinence. Unfortunately, after starting the second jar, her incontinence continued. I ended up taking her to the vet to get the prescription for the Stress incontinence.
