Good Ink Cartridges | Excellent Customer Support
The ink cartridges are great, I use a Brother DCP J123W Printer.When the original order arrived, the ink cartridges appeared fine par for one that was burst. I contacted the company and they issued a replacement for me very promptly. Fantastic and polite customer service.Update: Just tried to replace and it does not recognise the black ink cartridge in my printer.

Just bad...
A flood of fault messages once the new ink was in.Had to keep cleaning the printhead because yellow didn't want to work at all.On top of that the printer keeps telling me I'm not using genuine ink.Never had that problem till now. Nope, sorry, ink going back.
