This Feather and Down Magnesium butter sleep smells amazing, makes your skin very soft, it’s easily absorbed and non greasy.I use it on my feet and calves and find it very relaxing and therapeutic. I was sceptical about this helping my restless legs syndrome, I seem to have it so often, especially after traveling. It is so bad it stops me sleeping, and drives me mad. This works amazingly well. I stopped using it for a day and it started again. I recently travelled long distance, which would usually make my restless legs at their worst. Using this whilst traveling, and before bed ment I didn’t feel it at all. I would 100% recommend this, and dare say I will be buy it very often. Amazing product, that smells lovely. Absorbs well, without leaving a greasy feel. I use it on my face and neck also, and it helps me relax before bed.

A really nice product. Soft soothing and a beautiful fragrance. Lovely massaged into my legs before going to bed. I’m sure it helps give me a good nights sleep.

I’ve tried a few magnesium creams before, but this one actually feels like a proper pamper product rather than a sticky supplement cream. The texture is thick and buttery, but it sinks in surprisingly well without leaving that greasy film. The lavender and chamomile scent is strong—which I personally love before bed—but if you’re sensitive to fragrance, it might be too much. I’ve been applying it to my shoulders and calves about half an hour before sleep, and it genuinely seems to help me unwind. I wouldn’t say it knocks me out instantly, but the ritual and aroma definitely cue my brain that it’s bedtime.Pros: lovely rich texture, relaxing scent, feels high-quality packaging.Cons: scent could be overpowering for some, tub design means you have to dip fingers in (a pump would be nicer).

I was sceptical about trying another sleep balm but thought why not just give it a go! And I’m so pleased I did. It has really helped with my restless legs. It smells nice but not over powering and leaves my legs feeling moisturised but not greasy. I use this along side the shower gel as part of my nightly routine and it helps me drift off to sleep.

This 300ml jar cost me less than the 16g sample jar that I bought 2 weeks before and which looks ridiculously small compared to the larger one.However, as so many people liked it I thought I would give it a try as an entire nights unbroken sleep is a rare thing indeed for me.Well...I don't know what secret this jar holds but after rubbing a little into my wrists, neck and forehead I find that I can't keep my eyes open and just want to SLEEP.It would be laughable if it wasn't true. I have used it for 5nights and slept like the dog who sleeps on my bed...out for the count.So I purchased 3 large jars, one for me and 2 as gifts for 2 other insomniacs.The jars look nice, the label is pretty, the cream is sooo smooth with a subtle perfume.Go for it and long may it work for us all.

I suffer from leg/ankle cramps at night so gave this a try. I’m very impressed, smells & feels lush; it might be coincidence but the only time I get cramp now appears to be when I’ve not used if for a few days. Would defo recommend xx

Really nice cream, and a lovely scent.The cream is silky soft and lovely on the skin.A lovely lavender smell, gorgeous.Now as much as I can go on about the silky skin and the scent, the main object of this cream is to help us sleep with the added bonus of magnesium.I have what’s called RLS ( Restless leg syndrome)RLS is very common but not a lot can be done to help the cause.I use magnesium spray all the time however although fabulous, yes it works, I’m fed up with sticky legs.I wanted to buy this cream just to see if it works for me.My routine is a bath with epsom salts, then the alternate night I smooth in this cream, I massage it in for 10-20 minutes.The first night it worked, great I was very pleased.I loved the smoothness of my legs, but my main aim was my RLS, sadly it isn’t good enough ( worked only one night) to cater for my needs.It’s a shame, but this didn’t support a good sleeping pattern, I was fidgeting all night.So I’ll have no choice but to go back to magnesium spray.This cream is pleasant but doesn’t do what I wanted it for, so I won’t be buying any more.It was worth a try.

Smells nice, works alright as a moisturiser but no, it does not help my frozen shoulder which is the reason why I bought it in the first place.
