I really like this product. It works great, looks great and is so simple to install except mounting the doorbell. I am mounting my doorbell (button) on a my wooden privacy fence gate outside my patio home. I automatically assume the sticky pads (provided) won't work on a wood surface and I couldn't bring myself to drill a hole in the back of the button case (as directed) and ruin the integrity of the waterproof case. So I used some waterproof JB plastic epoxy (from Amazon) and welded the button to a blank phone box cover then screwed the the cover to the wood post. I would strongly suggest that Ado Tech make the back of the button with an ear on top and bottom to use for placing the button using screws. This would not not loose the waterproof integrity of the button when mounting. Works great. Just hope the batteries last at least a few months.

Works great once the dogs got the hang of booping it to notify us of their need to go outside. The only con is it is sensitive. Any wetness from their nose or mouth that gets on the sensor will continue to set the doorbell off. The sound is loud enough to get our attention.

Easy to install. I'm in an apartment, and the double stick tape works on my door with no holes. However, it suddenly stopped working. When I contacted seller, they wanted me to send it back, or make a video of it not working. A month later, I am still trying to work with them, but every time, they just have more questions. Bad customer service for an item costing twenty bucks.

Would be even better if this device had extra channels to select a different frequency. By adding dip switches in the transmitter & receiver this would allow changing the signal if interference from other devices are causing the receiver to sound off. Other than that this is a very high quality Digital wireless doorbell unit. We use it as a doggy doorbell. Because the doorbell (transmitter is touch sensitive type, (doesn't need to be fully depressed) it's easy to train your dog to use it. Sound quality is top notch. Distance between receiver & transmitter is excellent.

got this to teach the dog how to tell us she needs to go out. mounted on a book case by the front door (appartment with no backyard) and put the speaker in a plug near the TV so we can hear it. works like a charm. it doesn't notice when it should stop ringing if its hit with something wet ( like a dogs nose) but it auto stops of after about ten seconds anyways.

Worked pretty well for our puppy learning to potty train , however - I wish the touch area was bigger as she had to be trained for longer because of it. It also began to malfunction after about a month of use and repeated the chime ~10 times over. Pretty annoying. And now it’s too late for me to return. Honestly, I’d go with a different version of the same thing.

This doorbell works great except that it has a bunch of different tones but you can’t use them. When you change the tone, It just keeps defaulting back to the original tone when you ring the bell. It works great for my dogs paw.

The doorknocker on our front door is not very loud, so we needed "an easy to install but won't damage the door" doorbell. This doorbell was perfect. Installed it in less than two minutes and we can hear it in any part of the apartment (1600 square feet). I would recommend to anyone.

After trying the units sold at the big boxes only to find they would not work, this works as if the door bell was wired .
