Not even one star!!! We ordered this product because Amazon is super fast at shipping and we were short on time for a renovation. Closet maid has always provided outstanding products at decent prices. When we opened this package multiple pieces were broken and damaged. We did not have the time to return and replace this item so we contacted closet maid for hopefully a discount for a damaged product we had to keep. Closet maid could not help us as we did not purchase it through them. Amazon almost always returns products no questions asked but we just didn’t have the time to wait for a new one. We are super disappointed with the customer serviceCloset maid provided as they could do nothing for us. You would think they would stand behind their products and manufacturing no matter where it was purchased. VERY disappointed in Closetmaid.

Muy práctico organizador, es de mdf por lo que su resistencia y durabilidad es limitada, pero funciona bien. Tiene buen acabado y es muy fácil de armar. Como zapatera su tamaño es algo reducido, más adecuado para zapatos de mujer o de niño. El mejor precio lo da Amazon, otros vendedores he visto que lo tienen con precios desproporcionados.

I bought this a while back and it was perfect until a couple days ago. I keep 6 pairs of shoes on it and it just broke out of the blue... Until now it was great so I'm assuming I just got a defective product. But for the price, I think it was still worth it.

Un producto se podria decir para espacios reducidos, caben 3 pares por hilera, en mi caso compre dos y los junte, lo armas en máximo 15 minutos es muy fácil, el material es de acerrin pero la cubierta color vino se ve de buena calidad.
