Will this work with my kf-590ex-c flash and will it show up on my canon t6 display ?

It will work with anything using these conectors. This is a flash sync only. Meaning, no data back and forth. Nothing meaningful will be displayed.

does it support high sync flash [HSS]?

I don't see why not, usually the limiting factors are the strobe or the camera, the components should work

I have a Pocket Wizard Plus Digital Trasmitter, and want to sync it to my Canon 5D Mark II Local Flash. Do you know if this will work to do that?

It works perfectly

Needed to use my Godox AD200 on my Sony A7III for an event,. Have the head extender and round head with adapter kit but never used the AD200 without a trigger. Had a hard time finding but it works perfectly locks in place and does what it needs to.
