Very easy to clean
The pan itself is very good. The handles is made of heat proof material. The reason I gave 4 stars was that the chunky handle was difficult to grip and heavy.

Lid handle broke during first use.
The lid handle broke off during first use. I Contacted manufacturer to get a replacement handle, but they haven’t replied to my email.The pan is very nice, so far.
