Does it have a countdown timer?

Not out of the box, but it does if you modify it. It's actually really easy to do. Open it up, and remove a small solder jumper by scraping or soldering it off. There are easy YouTube videos on it. I did on mine and now have a countdown timer.

Can it display the time and stop watch at same time?

The time will be displayed at the bottom of the watch.
