Are there any soy derived ingredients in these?

I don’t see anything in the ingredients. But as you scroll through the pictures you can read the ingredients in case there is something I missed.

What is expiration date?

I don’t believe it says in the bag, but I just looked up on google that once you open them, which on the bag it does say to refrigerate, they could last 6-8 weeks. They haven’t gone bad on me yet, but I would definitely pop them in the fridge once you open them, hope that helps
