**Q: What are the nutrition facts of this flour?**
A: I believe if you search for this flour on Amazon, you’ll find listings that show a photo of the package back with the nutrition label.  Bob’s Red Mill website also includes this info.

**Q: Do you use as you would regular flour ?**
A: I use Spelt with all purpose flour.  My crumpet recipe calls for 1  1/2  cups  AP  flour and 1/3 cup of spelt.  I have never used it in place of AP flour.  It gives the bread or crumpet a nutty taste.

**Q: Bob's red mill spelt flour: bag says it's 1 lb 8oz, price $24.43 and in the product details at page bottom, it shows 4 lbs. will order include 4 bags?**
A: YES-4 bags

**Q: What % protein?**
A: The label says 5 grams. There are 24 35-gram servings. I’ll let you do the math.
