I only wash my hair every 4-5 days, so I use a lot of dry shampoo. I've tried more than a dozen different brands, and Battiste is the best. It's not sticky or gritty. The scent is slightly chemical, but it fades in minutes so you're not smelling it all day. The powder brushes out easily, so it doesn't leave a white residue. It is effective at absorbing oil. My hair is still reasonably shiny, at least for the first couple applications. I do get a little powdery build up on my scalp after about the 3rd or 4th day, but less than most dry shampoos. The little travel size is enough for a little more than a week, so perfect for my average trip.If you're looking for a volumizer, this particular brand isn't the best. But, the brands that give a lot of volume are always a bit sticky feeling, and I hate that. If you don't mind sticky and want big hair I'd suggest trying a different brand, maybe Suave (if I'm remembering my rejects correctly).Just as an FYI to dry shampoo novices, there is a learning curve with applying these sprays properly. If you're getting a lot of white powder where you spray, you're holding it too close to your head. If the oil isn't absorbing, you're either not waiting long enough before brushing or not using enough. If you're getting a lot of residue, even after brushing, you're probably using too much. Sectioning your hair and spraying just near the scalp is very important. If you just spray the top layer of hair, it will not work. Also a boar bristle brush gets the powder out much better than a nylon brush and after dry shampooing you may want to use a shine spray or serum on the ends to counteract the slight dullness/dryness caused by the dry shampoo.

I travel about 100,000 miles a year and that requires lots of hotel nights. Let me tell you, I don't always feel like washing my hair in the shower every morning. This dry shampoo saves me SO MUCH TIME. It gives my hair great lift, amazing texture and looks like I just had a blowout at the salon. This six pack is a great price. You'll pay a lot more at Ulta or any other store that carries the travel size. Buy it. You won't regret it.

This is the only dry shampoo I will use. I've tried others but none have ever worked as well for as this one!I got these small ones so I can always have one in my purse.

The gold standard for dry shampoo, in travel size. My only complaint is that if you have a lot of hair (meaning thick and/or long hair), this might not be enough for more than a few days' worth of travel.

This is the best dry shampoo that I've found, and I love these smaller sizes for traveling. Batiste dries my hair and doesn't leave a sticky or dull residue. I sometimes spray it in before bed and I wake up to perfectly fresh hair!

I continuously buy this dry shampoo because it is the best! You only need a little and it does not leave any residue. I love it for the morning and after the gym. If I go someplace after work, I spray a little to give my do an uplift. I've tried other scents but this is by the far the best. They came nicely wrapped in the package and the smaller sizes are perfect for your purse.

If you are not dry shampooing your hair, you should be. This is absolutely the best and easiest way to skip a day shampooing. It is easy to apply it works really well and it doesn't have any awful scent.

I bought these for a long road trip, and while on the cruise portion of the trip I discovered that out of 6, only 1 had any product in them. They were dead and empty. Now that I'm back on land I have to go find some dry shampoo. Grr.
