Great toothpaste second time buying.First tube lasted me about a month.Works great and I’ve noticed whitening after a few weeks. The flavour isn’t minty or strong but it leaves moth feeling fresh and clean.Did sting a little first few days but went not long after. I’m sure that was due to the baking soda working.The texture is good not gritty or abrasive. Overall I’d say its good value for money as it lasts long and does the job

I would use no other toothpaste. Tastes nice. Whitens my teeth effectively. The texture can feel a little powdery, but I don’t mind that.

Die ersten Tage gewöhnungsbedürftig wegen dem hohen Soda Anteil, aber genau dieser reinigt die Zähne. Der Biofilm wird sanft entfernt und die Zähne fühlen sich super glatt an.Meine Zähne sind nicht empfindlich geworden sondern heller. Auch an schwierigen Stellen reinigt die Zahnpasta super.Ich benutze die arm & hammer übrigens nur abends. Morgens eine pflegende Zahnpasta.Am besten merkt man wie gut die arm & hammer reinigt, wenn man danach ein Fluorid Gelee benutzt.
