I love it
The simplex pull station was incredible although it did not come with the key, but I had another simplex pull station that had the key and the key fitted so I’ll still give it five stars

Need a KEY which has to be purchased separately. It would be nice if it was made known that the item you order requires another item and that everything is not included

Failed to open door
Pulled this trying to get to an important meeting but it didn't open the door I needed to go thru to get there in time, on the plus side it delayed the meeting
