Review: looks good - I bought this because the old identical one wasn't delivering the right amount of soap - underwhelming you might say. The new one is the same. Review: Poor quality - Item is beautiful for the first year. Then the finish starts coming off. After three years it developed many tiny pinholes and the soap leaks out and looks like crystals on the spout. It is terrible. I have only ever used Dawn dishwashing soap in it. I have dispensers that are 1/4 of the price, still have their finish and do not leak. I reached out to the company as I believed there was a ten year warranty but I was told it’s only a one year warranty. Don’t be fooled by the fancy name. It’s the worst dispenser I’ve had yet! If I could give zero stars I would.

Color / finish does not match other Kingston Brass hardware
I purchased this soap dispenser to go with my Kingston Brass GSY7705ACLBS 8" Centerset Kitchen Faucet. Same manufacturer & both are in oil-rubbed bronze, but the colors are completely different! As you can see in the photo, the dispenser is much shinier & lighter in color (even more so in person). It’s beautiful, but unfortunately I have to return it because the difference is way too noticeable.

May not fit thick counter tops
This dispenser has a shallow shaft depth, if your counter top is slightly thick, this dispenser maybe too short, making attaching the soap bottle that fits from underneath the counter to the shaft diffilcult or impossilbe. Unfortunately I waited beyond 30 days to install it, to return it. I noticed some soap dispensers say specifically they are designed for thick counter tops, which I'll have to use. I did notice it sits lower on the sink than I expected, I should have measured it and then put something on the sink with their stated height. Looks nice and the metal seems good quality .
