Great product to have around the house for little accidents, spills or just cleaning small areas without having to store a bulky machine. It’s simple to use and working well after two years. I also used it to suction water out of a 5x7’ rug that was very dirty and had to be hosed down and washed thoroughly. After washing the rug down with detergent and rinsing outdoors with a garden hose I went to work removing most of the water and then hung it over a fence to dry. Definitely a better option than throwing away a good rug.

We have had a previous model for over a decade. Maybe even 15 yrs? It was still going strong but had accumulated lint and getting quite old. When I saw this, it was easy to justify an upgrade. And it is indeed an upgrade. In addition to a small boost to keep the water warm (which I'm not sure I fully notice or appreciate), it is significantly easier to clean the hose and tank. Every part disassembles to be rinsed before it goes back in the closet. Can't say enough how much I appreciate this. I primarily use this device for a small, carpeted office and a large area rug. No pets, but my young adult daughter is a painter and so there are frequent cleanups. If I spray goof off on the spots, this lets me clean up the cleaning products as well as can be expected. I also use it sometimes with just water to refresh my wool area rug. This gets some of the city dust and pollen off the surface. While we also own a full size Bissell Carpet cleaner, it is not worth the effort to pull it out of storage. As long as you're willing to get on your knees, this will do the small jobs. We've even used it as an emergency water vacuum when our overhead neighbor's HVAC flooded.

This was a replacement for the one I’ve had many years which has worked great! Not sure if the suction is less on this one but there are changes in the design that make it more difficult to use. On clean water tank I found it difficult to fill without using a funnel to keep water from running down the sides of the tank & almost impossible to completely empty it. I could not clean the dirty water tank, which has to be done every time, by running water into the small opening on the top & had to unscrew the bottom to clean it out because debris collected around the part that’s inside the tank. That has to be removed & cleaned & then dried out before replacing. To replace it you have to hold the tank right side up & place it on top of the lid & screw it on while holding the lid on a flat surface then turn it over, place the rubber ring over the opening & then screw on the cover. Why were all these changes made that take more time. The only positive change was great. The brush has a plastic cover over the bristles & cat hair collects around the edges under the plastic cover & is impossible to remove. On the older model the plastic cover could not be removed for cleaning but on this one there is a button to push to remove the plastic cover, clean out the hair & replace the plastic cover. Maybe it’s just me but these negative things could have been done differently & had a more efficient product. It did a good job cleaning the upholstery on the chair seats but I didn’t check to see if the water stayed hot so can’t comment on that & it did seem to extract the dirty water sufficiently. All in all it did a good job cleaning so far & people who haven’t used the older model may not even realize the negative aspects of the design.

Love this thing. I wish it was easier to clean out but the compact size fits in any closet or I see the sink, it’s light, and easy to use overall. I think the suction is great, I use it for pet messes or cleaning cloth car seats. I think it does good, the water is gross every time so it must be getting everything out. The solution that you buy separate is nice and definitely removes odor.

I love this little machine for my random carpet/couch/pet/toddler stains. It really works well, esp on newer stains. It is easy to use and pretty portable. My main complaint is that it's hard to rinse out the two liquid containers on either side. I rinse them with water after use but the area to drain the water is not at the bottom so it's really hard to get all the water out and there is an annoying puddle that sits inside (I just want it dry so there is no mold build up when i store it away all assembled together). I'm also a little confused that the sprayer is only washing liquid and no water rinse so you just keep washing/suctioning but it seems like nothing really rinses it at the end? But there is no indication to do this and hey it works so that's ok!

I got this to clean the carpet of my car. I ended up cleaning the carpet and the headliner. For cleaning solution, I used Chemical Guys' Lemon Citrus Fabric Cleaner. Good stuff that works. The Good: Initial assembly was smooth and I do like the tank system. The heatwave feature keeps warm/hot water temperature well. The solution misting system is good. I like the clear top piece that allows you to see what you're sucking up (especially what spots are dirtier than others). The Bad: The hose is too short to clean a car. I found myself having to cradle the machine just to reach into most places in the car I wanted to clean. The capacity of the dirty tank is pretty low, since it only goes up to about half. If you don't notice this it starts leaking water. The main problem with this tool, and the reason for 3 stars, is that the vacuum is far too weak and doesn't suck up water enough without spending a lot of time on the area. I eventually ended up just using this tool as a water dispersal system and then using a shop-vac to pull the water out of the carpet. It does what it is advertised to do, but it's not great at it. You're probably better off just using a shop-vac and something to spray solution onto the carpet compared to this.

Wow ! Petite machine qui fonctionne très bien ! J’ai acheté le Bissell Febreeze pour nettoyer après avoir utilisé la petite et il sent super bon !. Je vais pouvoir nettoyer chaque mois les meubles maintenant et super pour les tapis d’auto ! Malgré une maison tres propre, la saleté s’accumule les photos en témoignent (apres le lavage du sectionnel)… Super achat!

Très bon appareil pour petits endroits, efficace et facile d’utilisation. Efficace aussi sur les fauteuils, tissus.

Excelente quitó manchas del colchón de mi bebé y del tapiz de mi sala eso si se necesita hacer mucha presión para absorber el agua y eso cansa pero súper bien !
