I use them for light food prep, they work well for that.

Cost efficient and durable
This is the second time i bought this product, never disappoints. I not only use it for food preparation, I also use this as a liner for gardening gloves and picking up dog poop. It's strong and one size fits all.

I am allergic to latex so cannot use latex gloves, and the nitrile ones tend to rip easily on me when picking up dog poo or anything I do not want on my hands. I don't use these for food prep but I got these opposed to non food safe just in case I need to. Great for the crappiest job I do though ๐ ๐
